Welcome to Prime Drain Works. Please read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before authorizing residential or commercial dispatches, booking diagnostic consultations, or signing system execution approvals. By engaging our technicians, you accept these terms in full.
Prime Drain Works provides specialized drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, emergency leak diagnostics, and line infrastructure replacement services. Work parameters are strictly defined on the digital or physical estimate presented before operations commence.
Any additional structural discoveries made during diagnostic line scopes that require immediate stabilization will be brought to your attention. No additional billable operations will be executed without your explicit verbal or written authorization.
We believe in absolute clarity across our financial ledgers. Diagnostic operations, including standard snake scoping runs or tracking cameras, are subject to a standard dispatch diagnostic base fee. This base fee covers vehicle transit, industrial instrumentation setup, and field specialist diagnostic tracking hours.
Payment for all retail dispatches is due immediately upon structural work completion unless an active enterprise or commercial multi-property account billing line is established beforehand.
Emergency dispatches deployed outside standard business hours represent immediate logistical reallocations of equipment. Cancellations requested after an emergency vehicle is confirmed and tracking in transit will incur a flat service vehicle mobilization fee.
Property owners must clear paths to all main lines, cleanout traps, crawlspaces, or utility access panels prior to technician arrival. Our crew retains the right to delay high-pressure operations if clear safety boundaries cannot be verified around structural work zones.
Operational Notice: While our technicians take great care to maintain clean service spaces, high-capacity line snaking and pressure jetting carry inherent structural risks to nearby walls and floors if cleanout ports fail. Prime Drain Works is not liable for minor cosmetic stains inside unshielded utility closets if the cleanout structure was not configured to code beforehand.
Drain pipe cleanings are designed to clear soft biological accumulation, roots, and foreign objects. However, lines that are already structurally weak, severely rusted, broken by external soil shifts, or deeply deteriorated from old age run a high risk of breaking further under normal mechanical cleaning pressures.
Prime Drain Works is not responsible for the structural collapse of aging clay, fiber conduit, or brittle cast iron lines that fail under standard, professionally executed snaking or hydro-jetting procedures.
We take pride in our precision workmanship. Workmanship installations—such as brand-new line cleanouts, valves, and re-routed PVC lines—come with a dedicated warranty against installation defects as outlined on your final invoice ledger.
Standard blockage removals carry no ongoing warranty against future clogs if the line is re-exposed to flushable debris, heavy grease mounding, or ongoing root intrusion outside our operational control window.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with local municipal codes and the state or regional jurisdictions where the physical plumbing dispatches occur. Any legal disputes arising from our on-site services will be resolved through standard mediation frameworks prior to filing formal litigation actions.
Prime Drain Works reserves the right to adjust, modify, or update these terms at any time to reflect changing municipal regulations or updated service capabilities. Continued scheduling of dispatches after adjustments are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
